COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS
The Mantell-Hecathorn family has always been active as volunteers and leaders in their community. They have always felt that supporting and helping the local small communities in which they live is important Their three sons all achieved Eagle Scout rank while being active in Boy Scouts for eight or more years each.

Assistant Scoutmasters for 12 years, all three sons achieved rank of Eagle Scout
Program Manager -- Recreational Baseball League for 2 years with over 1000 kids
Greg was a baseball coach for 12 years
Tara was a team parent for various high school sports for 8 years
Tara was a volunteer science teacher for the local elementary schools
Greg and Tara were the coordinators and parent builders for the high school homecoming floats
