PHILOSOPHY


     Mantell-Hecathorn Builders feels strongly that it is of significant benefit to their clients to work with a company that limits the number of projects to which it commits, typically no more than one or two custom homes that overlap. This enables a project to be completed smoothly, and as quickly as possible, saving the client significant time and money.


    Greg also recognizes and appreciates elegant construction and fine architecture. This, combined with his innate sense of proportion and balance, his keen eye for details, and three decades of hands-on involvement with his building projects, enables him and his company to deliver custom homes and renovations unmatched in beauty, quality and functionality, and that embody the visions of his clients.


    Self-employed since 1975, Greg understands custom homebuilding better than most. He knows how to sort out issues that can arise before or during construction and communicate solutions. He is passionate about building and is recognized by clients, subcontractors, suppliers and inspectors for his attention to detail and desire to build with quality from the foundation up.
